TALI & QUALI, was born in Summer 1994 and at once was considered as the most amusing dog-loving event in the year. For five years it has been held in the wonderful Valle dei Cani in Villa Borghese attracting more than 5.000 people every day. Many people have enjoyed the opportunity to show their love for their doggie friend and show the town their respect for animals.

There is a more serious background to Tali & Quali: it was born to confront the problem of dogs abandonment in Summer, when many animals are left by their owners as useless and inconvenient items.
